HAPPY NEW YEAR!

Nueske Ham
The first Feast of 2009 was a Nueske's Applewood Smoked Bone-in Ham. Oh Yeah! It is going to be a good meat year.

    You are very observant. We have not had anything Green in the last several days. The Malfatti is made with Spinach though.
    I am planning to hit up a market or two for some leafy green stuff and fixin's for split pea soup.
