FAVA BEANS

Fava Beans are easy to grow. Throw them in the ground like Jack and the Beanstalk and you will have a bean pod to the castle.

Blanch them, spilt them, add a little garlic, salt, olive oil and eat them.

What more do you need?

Well, at least the way you EAT them is simple. Sounds delicious.

They do require some fussing but we liked 'em anyway, kinda like that crabby friend one has who makes one laugh anyway.
