The pollo asada looks good. Reminds me of killer street food in Mexico.
That was from a barbeque competition. I may try to enter next year. This is a fun fair. I did not show the bacon wrapped hot dogs. There is a picture from last years post.
What a great event. I wish I would have spent more time wandering than hanging in our booth. Although the specifc chiropractic center was able to meet a lot of great people ... we were not able to venture to try the meat (poor attempt at humor sorry!)
