ALAMEDA COUNTY FAIR
Yes, that is the Mad Meat Genius or should I say "Nacho Goofball Libre" at the county fair. Check out the Julia Child Rose farther down. It was a fun in the sun day. Tomorrow is our barbeque class. Oboy!
That was from a barbeque competition. I may try to enter next year. This is a fun fair. I did not show the bacon wrapped hot dogs. There is a picture from last years post.
What a great event. I wish I would have spent more time wandering than hanging in our booth. Although the specifc chiropractic center was able to meet a lot of great people ... we were not able to venture to try the meat (poor attempt at humor sorry!) Happy Friday

The pollo asada looks good. Reminds me of killer street food in Mexico.
