In case you missed the Morning News today, a segment about Bob Kramer and his knives was aired. Below you can watch and learn about this 'Master Bladesmith'. Ms. Goofy and I met Bob and toured his facility. We proudly own a set of his originals. It has taken awhile to collect them, but it is worth it. You can view a couple of the knives here. Be sure to sharpen your knives and get ready for Turkey Day.

I'm glad I watched that video. Very educational. I'm not happy with my Henkels but doubt I can afford one of his knives. I also need to take a knife skills class. This reminded me. Thanks for posting this.

highlandsranchfoodie, I bet your knife skills are pretty sharp. Just practice and use common sense. Oh! and have a sharp knife.
Zoomie, We met Bob before he became a superstar 'Master Bladesmith'. We still had to wait for his knives but we did not have to take a mortgage on the house to pay for them. It is a different story now.
I sold specialty metals for 35 years- I have been consulted on making knives... Those look just excellent!
