MEAT POUNDER

All right lets get this out of the way. My apologies are extended to Cookiecrumb and anybody else in Marin or this planet that is offended There is no delicate way to put this; Some times you have to beat your meat. I have a special tool for this act and it is a ‘Meat Pounder’. It was gifted to me from that infamous bag wielding ‘Jalapeno Bread’ eating Zoomie.Yes, we both know the truth. A designated meat pounder is a specific tool that can be substituted and improvised. You can use a hammer, wine bottle or the heel of your foot. Being the Mad Meat Genius that I am that I yam, Zoomie’s gift was a welcome gift. (I took it only because she pressed it on me and I wanted to be polite.)
Cut the chicken breasts into halves and pound them till they hurt and are thin Try to use even strokes to make each breast piece similar. The next step is to flour, egg, and bread crumb wash. Cook until tender and brown..

Our chicken breasts pounded with our special tool was topped with a piece of jack cheese and was melted. It then was served with fresh pasta and home made sauce. Oh mang! This was an especially good meal. Do you need a designated meat pounder? I do not think so. Thanks Zoomie for our new tool, You are a good friend!

Here's another method for pounding meat that I think you might get a kick out of:

Zoomie, I watched and it was nice to see somebody from across the pond pounding.

So???? I'm still unclear, are you still going to use the heel of your foot? Or keep the tool? Too funny, and the meal looks really really good.

Lea Ann, I think I will use the designated meat pounder for now. It is a little cleaner than my foot.

Chicken-fried chicken! Looks good.
But I'd rather pound beers.

I like that pounder. I have on that looks like a hammer. It tends to tear up the meat if I don't get the correct angle.

cookiecrumnb, I can multitask and do both.

Greg, I think I have one of those too. Is it flat on one side and pointed checker board on the other. This one works very decent. It sure beats useing the heel of your foot.
