BOURBON AND PEPPERS


Brown Habanero peppers, bourbon and vinegar aged in a barrel for three years, is a potent brew that makes up 'CaJohn's Bourbon Infused Hot Sauce'. I'm afraid, very afraid! But I love the photo with all that colorful food - the bun, the asparagus, the plate, the tablecloth - gorgeous!

Wow? That is almost too insidery for me. Can you believe I'm going to wimp out with Zoomie? :D

Zoomie, My mother made the tablecloth. The bun is a jalapeno cheese bagel from the local Wally-Mart. The bagel was tasty.

cookiecrumb, Yes, this sauce was very hot but it was unique and oh so delicious. Ms. Goofy tried some and survived. It is not for the hot sauce novice.
