Brown Habanero peppers, bourbon and vinegar aged in a barrel for three years, is a potent brew that makes up 'CaJohn's Bourbon Infused Hot Sauce'. This very hot sauce was sampled with some wings, asparagus and Bison burgers. How did it turn out? Please click the link below and read my latest review on 'Peppers & More'.

I'm afraid, very afraid! But I love the photo with all that colorful food - the bun, the asparagus, the plate, the tablecloth - gorgeous!
Wow? That is almost too insidery for me. Can you believe I'm going to wimp out with Zoomie? :D
Zoomie, My mother made the tablecloth. The bun is a jalapeno cheese bagel from the local Wally-Mart. The bagel was tasty.
cookiecrumb, Yes, this sauce was very hot but it was unique and oh so delicious. Ms. Goofy tried some and survived. It is not for the hot sauce novice.
Officially wimped

Great review. I've never head of chocolate habanero before, I learned something.
