Lea Ann, My sister found that photo. The Bay bridge is in the background. I do not want to tell you the year, but Dwight D. Eisenhower was President.

Navy ship on the water, Air Force guy on the next block of stone - things have surely changed in the Bay area. Where was that taken? Looks like a wonderful park in a high place - maybe Oakland?

Zoomie, I am not sure of the location. The shot was fairly close to the water and elevated. That would rule out the Oakland side. Could it possibly be the park at the end of fishermans wharf by Fort Mason?
