Is that a bagel on the plate? There's a chain in the Midwest that sells something similar, with tomato sauce, jalapenos and cheese on top. It makes for one "killer" breakfast sandwich!

Chuck M., Yes it is a jalapeno cheese bagel that are made fresh dailey at our local Waly-Mart. They are tasty!

I just bought some bison/jalapeno/cheddar sausages yesterday. Didn't think about having them for breakfast.
highlandsranchfoodie, That sound great. We can get bison hamburger at our local Wally-Mart. It is expensive but we like it better than hamburger.
