CRANBERRY BEANS

We found some fresh cranberry beans at the farmers market. These are a magical treat that cannot be beat. Simmer for a short time in a flavorful broth and then add bacon, onion and some spices and you will have a meal that will make you happy.

  2. Greg, If you find some fresh cranbery beans give them a try. They have a meaty flavor.

  3. You remember The Fly with Jeff Goldblum? He puts the dog in one pod to molecularly transport him to the other pod, but the dog's molecules don't come together right. That's what your picture looks like.
Don't get me wrong, I love shelly beans!

  4. Cookiecrumbly, You are just plain weird. I remember Jeff Golblum in Juraic Park. I had nightmare for years. (Even more than The Exorsist).

  5. My favorite Jeff Goldblum movie is still "Earth Girls Are Easy." Hilarious, cultish romp.

  6. ohforgawdsake! Football already? I'm always up for a friendly wager, however last time you wouldn't let me pay up. But of course, that was the most humiliting game of my Bronco fan career.

  8. highlandsranchfoodie, I am really looking forward to the game. I am not looking forward to the multiple shots of Elway on the sidelines. You can name the terms for a wager.
