Chilebrown is my name. Ms. Goofy is my Beautiful Wife. Lucy is our Golden Retriever Lap Dog. I grow a lot of vegetables and peppers. On the weekends Ms. Goofy and I frequent Farmers Markets. On our vacations. we go on "Meat Adventures". My hobbies revolve around food.
I would like to share some of my recipes and cooking with you. There will be a lot of posts on barbequing. Ms. Goofy and I are certified 'Kansas City Barbecue Society Master Judges. We would like to share our experiences. I will guide you through my garden. I hope to have a lot of fun with you readers. There will be no politics, religion, and or rants. Well maybe a couple of little rants.

At least no one was grilling raccoon like they were at the State Fair last year.
Ah, summer! When I see a number of your pictures together, I'm struck by what good photos you take - well composed, well lighted, and colorful.
I think everyone should have, at least once a year, "food" on a stick! It's summertime in America.
I find the deep fried bacon intriguing. Was it cooked first then battered and fried?
Kailyn, You have my attention for sure. That sounds very unusual. Okay, We are going to the State Fair.
Zoomie, Thankyou so very much. Ms. Goofy won the Richmond Farmers Market produce basket and we are picking it up at 1000 today.
Toons, One time Ms. Goofy was feeling brave and ordered alligator on a stick.The vender handed her a plastic alligator tied to a stick.
Greg, I am pretty sure the bacon was raw, dipped in batter and then fried. It could of been cooked a little longer. It was tasty but could of been crisper.
Fox News called and they want their "Fair and balanced" reporting back.
