Please come down to the Richmond Farmers Market at noon tomorrow. We are giving away 1,000 olive trees. No cost except to make the planet better. You may see me at my new job and in action.
"Thanks to McEvoy farms we have obtained another donation of 1,000 Tuscan olive trees. These will be given away by the City of Richmond sustainability staff at noon tomorrow at the parking lot where the farmers market is held. Thanks to the awesome city staff members, Adam Lenz and Mike Ulberti."
Richmond (CA) Certified Farmers Market
Every Friday, 8 am - 5 pm
24th Street & Barrett Avenue (in the parking lot)
Please come by and get a free tree. Olive tree's are peaceful.
ReplyDeleteOh, cool! I hope I can get one.
ReplyDeleteZoomie, I think you can take more than one if you can really use them. One thousand tree's is a large number. It should be exciting.
ReplyDeleteI'd be lucky to keep even one alive, but I'd love to try. I think you may be surprised at how many takers you have.
ReplyDeleteHmmm. Now how do I fit this in with attending the Eat Real Festival tomorrow? I'd send my mom but she's not that reliable.
ReplyDeleteMother and I went but must have missed you. A nice little farmers market with very good prices. And yes we got a free olive tree.
ReplyDeleteI missed this post yesterday. Any trees left? I cure green olives, yum. With LYE!
ReplyDeleteAuwe! I forgot! Any trees left?
ReplyDeleteKailyn, We had a good turn out today. Have fun at the festival tomorrow. Ms. Goofy and I have a BBQ contest in Placerville.
ReplyDeletePresidentofCookies, I was there for a little while. Did you try the Papusa's?
cookiecrumb & Zoomie, You snooze, you lose.
ReplyDeleteWow, were all 1,000 claimed? That's exciting!
ReplyDeleteZoomie, You have not heard this from me but Mc Evoy farms might donate another 2000 trees. I will not beg you to claim one.
ReplyDeleteI might beg Zoomie to claim one for me. We'll meet for tea and hand over the goods. I'll think of something good to swap.
