SCORPION HOT SAUCE
'Scorpion Hot Sauce' from 'Redlaw Hot Sauce Company' is on the table today. Serrano and Trinidad Scorpion peppers combine with fresh ingredients to make a tasty, zesty sauce that we loved. My latest review is on 'Peppers & More' and you can read it by clicking the link below.
Greg, This sauce may be just right for you. It has a lot of flavor. It is hotter than a tobasco sauce type heat but will not burn your socks off by any means.Next time we get together I will give you some sort of gateway sauce.
First off, that quiche looks outstanding. Second, when I was a young buck, I went for the hot factor. But, as I age like a fine wine, I like flavor with my heat. I prefer the burning sensation to sneak up on me after I am done eating. Does this sauce do this Chilebrown?
Three Dogs BBQ, I prefer sauces with more flavor too. This sauce fits the bill. The Trinidad Scorpion peppers is a creeper heat. It does not hit you right away. This sauce is not a scorching hot but a gentle heat. The heat will be gone after you are done eating. I hope that answers your question. Take care.

Is that one of those I can't feel my lips sauces? I am such a wimp. :)
