"NEWS FLASH"......."Mad Meat Genius makes ceviche for first time" This meat lover took some very fresh halibut and made ceviche to use 'Og Mango Caliente" hot sauce in a recipe. The recipe and how it tasted can be found by clicking the link below.
I interpret the label as “a tidal wave of hot pepper goodness”. Thanks for the review Chilebrown. I might have to find some of that. Next time you make ceviche, keep the fish at home and use fresh shrimp and calamari. Good stuff…
Chilebrown is my name. Ms. Goofy is my Beautiful Wife. Lucy is our Golden Retriever Lap Dog. I grow a lot of vegetables and peppers. On the weekends Ms. Goofy and I frequent Farmers Markets. Not yet! Those are the fruity ones, right?
(We are currently in love with Papalote salsa. Mild, with intense flavor.)
