Side note: Have you tried Papalote salsa yet? It's local, and made from fire-roasted tomatoes. Comes in a variety of heats. We think it's delicious, really. Look for it at Whole Foods.
cookiecrumb, I will look for the Papalote salsa to try. Pretty soon home made salsa will rule the roost.
Oops, Papalote is not chunky. But it tastes so good.
