It may be the end of the competition bbq season but that does not slow down our backyard grill. We have a fun job of sampling and reviewing sauces for 'Peppers & More'. Today we review 'La Pan's Foundation Gourmet BBQ Sauce". This is a mild bbq sauce with a whole lot of ingredients. Take a look.

Ok brother give it up. The photo is back lighted. How is the fill light provided flash or reflector.
Greg, Dumb luck. I am pretty sure the flash was off.(?) At that particular time of day the sun hits the bbq. I usually take 4 or 5 shots at different settings and angles. I liked this one.
