RIBS WITHIN

Hope and I know Doug and his sous chef Wendy from competition. We have tried his rub on his BBQ creations and it is good stuff. He is a class act as well. Good guy.
bacon bitch you have out done your self. I got to try the bacon this morning I heard angels singing, the flavor wash away some of my many sins. I hope this is repeatable and not just stars aligning one day for near perfect bacon. The flavor balance was near perfect salt,smoke,pork flavor,some sweetness, I think it could gave A and B a run for its money. I am talking holy ground. It is killing me to say nice thing to you I gotta go. I am a grumpy old truck driver damn it. GWH out
