  1. That was a very hot fire. I had to put the lid on immediately after that shot. You get lucky once in a while with the shot and Thanks.

  2. Agree on your comments regarding the tatonka

    I use it only for red meat and more typically for higher heat type cooking that might not have much smoke so as not to double up on the smokey flavour
