ReplyDeleteThat was a very hot fire. I had to put the lid on immediately after that shot. You get lucky once in a while with the shot and Thanks.

ReplyDeleteI use it only for red meat and more typically for higher heat type cooking that might not have much smoke so as not to double up on the smokey flavour
