That is a nice slab of beef you have there. Did they sear at all? Have fun today.
ReplyDeleteThree Dogs BBQ, No searing just a fork tender slab with lots of smoke around the crust. Tearfully good.
ReplyDeleteI have made prime rib on my Weber in the past - so easy and SO delicious!
ReplyDeleteZoomie, You are absolutely and positively correct. It is so easy but lately we have been cooking them in the oven to capture the aroma and to make gravy. I love them both ways.
