Great looking skin on the bird - I like the ease of beer can chicken as well.
Big Dude, Beer can chicken is a go to meal. Set it and forget it with great results. So easy with the added bonus of leftovers today.

Three Dogs BBQ, When I make beer can chicken it almost feels like I am cheating because it is so easy and good to make. A guilty pleasure that never fails.
