I just read your KettlePizza review again. When you roasted your veggies, what was your temp? Was it pizza hot? For the Steeler game this weekend, I am going to smoke some wings, then finish them in cast iron on the PizzaKettle. I will report back with the results.
Three Dogs BBQ, It was not pizza hot because it was after we cooked the pizza. I do not remember the actual temp. Have fun.
