I said turd. Now that I have got that out of my system, ABT (Atomic Buffalo Turds) are a mighty fine snack. Ms. Goofy made a version using sweet peppers instead of jalapenos. She also used Jimmy Dean sausage with cream cheese in the filling. All wrapped in bacon and smoked with hickory wood for several hours creates a spectacular afternoon snack. I love a good turd. Have you ever put Little Smokies in the cheese filling? Give it a try good stuff. Only problem is that Little Smokies are expensive these days...

Greg, Thanks, I met a pro photographer at the last bbq event. I gained a lot of advice and ideas listening to him. He uses a 7000 dollar camera and he said in two years it will be obsolete. Wow.
