PRIME RIB TUESDAY
Sometimes, most of the time I just want a big ole hunk of beef for dinner. Our local restaurant, Rickey's Corner does not disappoint. They serve this with some of the hottest horseradish around. It does not get any better than this.
Big Dude, Ms. Goofy always orders the prime rib too. They always bring her a bigger hunk and we end up swapping. I am wondering if they are trying to tell me something.
Greg, I had to ask were they got the horseradish. It is just the Beaver Brand (Hot) that you can get from almost any store. This horseradish will humble any man. It gets me every time.
I believe that qualifies as a big ole hunk of beef.
