8th Livermore KoC Ribs, Chili, Cars, Brews & Blues, what more can you ask for? It was a beautiful sunny day in Livermore, California. We were there to have some fun. It just so happened that we judged a rib and chili contest. We would like to share some images with. Be prepared for a lot of shiny polished chrome and pictures of people having ribalicious fun.
Thirty six teams competed in ribs, 22 in chili and 8 in salsa. Our friend Rich and Michele won first place in ribs. This is a shot of Rich enjoying a First Place Rib.
The weather today could not of been nicer. It drew 100's of people to look at the cars, listen to the music and enjoy the ribs. In fact it was so popular that there may have been a little grumbling about the lines. The people that did brave the lines were rewarded with local championship bbq that put the smile back on their face.
What another great weekend full of fun, sun and ribs. It does not get any better than this. Happy Mothers Day to everyone.
