Italian Bomba is on the plate today. We have a jar of fermented crushed Calabrian chile peppers which makes for a perfect topping for chips, and or savory meat dishes. The heat level is between mild to medium. It will leave your mouth warm with delight but will not punish you for the pleasure. The fermentation of the pepper gives it that added level of satisfaction. It just adds a little tasty funkalisous that makes you want to eat more. This jar will not last long, I guarantee. You can find it at your local T.J. (The store that has everything you have always wanted but do not need.)
