It is that time of year again. For those of you that know; know. It is that time of year that Costco sells Snake River Farms corned beef. These are American Wagyu beef rounds that have been corned. (not corned brisket). They are so very special. We always buy a couple and put some in the freezer. Yummy!!!!
As I keep reading your blog, I'm going to have to eventually breakdown and try some Wagyu beef.
